Who developed the CapturedDiscipline® Safe?

The concept of CapturedDiscipline® and the companion idea of the CapturedDiscipline® Safe were envisioned in 1992 and developed by Tom Hitt, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Hitt was born in Boston, Massachusetts, graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), has lived in South Florida for over 30 consecutive years; has three children, and three grandchildren.
